The index is a subset of the Dow Jones U.S. Index (which includes 95% market capitalization coverage of U.S.-traded stocks). The Index includes those stocks in the Health Care Industry (4000) as defined by the ICB sector classification system. With the ICB system, an "industry" is similar in concept to a "sector" in the GICS sector classification system.
