Dividends on the shares of Series C Term Preferred Stock offered pursuant to this prospectus supplement will be payable monthly in arrears on the last calendar day of every month. The Series C Term Preferred Stock may, at our sole option, be redeemed, in whole or in part, at any time on or after June 16, 2024, upon giving a notice of redemption, or “Notice of Redemption,” at a redemption price per share equal to the Liquidation Preference plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends, if any, on such shares (whether or not earned or declared, but excluding interest on such dividends) to, but excluding, the date fixed for such redemption.  This security was issued by Eagle Point Credit CEF, whose common stock symbol is ECC.
