Non-Cumulative distributions of 6.625% per annum ($1.65625 per annum or $0.828125 per semi-annual) will be paid semi-anually on 2/1 & 8/1. Redeemable at the issuer's option on or after 8/1/2025 at $25 per depositary share plus declared and unpaid dividends.
