ILCB iShares Morningstar Large-Cap ETF

Seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the Morningstar US Large-Mid Cap Index.The Index measures the performance of stocks issued by large and mid capitalization companies that have exhibited similar “growth” and “value” characteristics. The Index first designates all eligible stocks as “blend,” “growth” or “value” based on their style orientations. The Index includes the "blend" companies.

Effective March 22, 2021, the Fund’s Index changed from the Morningstar US Large Core Index to the Morningstar US Large-Mid Cap Index.
