NQSHYL Nasdaq US Shareholder Yield Index

The Index uses a multi-factor model to select stocks of mid- to large-capitalization U.S. companies within the Nasdaq U.S. Large Mid Cap Index. To be included in the index, the stock must be paying a dividend. All eligible stocks are scored using the average of nine factors: 1) Dividend Yield 2) Buyback Yield 3) Dividend Payout Per Share 4) Free Cash Flow to Price 5) Free Cash Flow Growth 3-Year Sharpe Ratio 6) EBITDA to Debt 7) Dividend Yield Historical Valuation (3-Year & 5-Year) 8) Dividend Growth (1-Year, 3-Year & 5-Year) 9) Free Cash Flow Growth (1-Year, 3-Year & 5-Year). The top 20% best scoring stocks are selected. Stocks are weighted such that securities in the top two deciles receive 65% and 35% of the index weight respectively. The Index is evaluated annually in March.
