ONEQ Fidelity Nasdaq Composite ETF

Seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the Nasdaq Composite Index. The fund does not buy all stocks in the Index but uses statistical sampling techniques that take into account such factors as capitalization, industry exposures, dividend yield, price/earnings (P/E) ratio, price/book (P/B) ratio, and earnings growth to create a portfolio of securities that have a similar investment profile to the entire Index. The Index measures all Nasdaq domestic and international based common type stocks listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market. The Index includes over 2,500 companies, more than most other stock market indexes. Approximately 92% of the Index consists of U.S. stocks. The Index has a heavy focus on the information technology sector (about 48%).
