Seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the NASDAQ Golden Dragon China Index. The Index is a modified market capitalization weighted index comprised of companies whose common stock is publicly traded in the United States and the majority of whose business is conducted within the People's Republic of China. To be eligible, the issuer of the security must be headquartered or incorporated in China (excluding Hong Kong) at the time of review and have a minimum market capitalization of $100 million.
