USA Liberty All-Star Equity Fund CEF Edit This CEF

This is an actively managed closed end fund that seeks above average long-term investment performance with greater consistency and less risk. The Fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities. The fund follows a managed distributions policy, which means that it intentionally makes distributions on a set pattern, even if current investment income does not support such distributions. The current policy is to pay distributions on its shares totaling approximately 10 percent of its net asset value per year, payable in four quarterly installments of 2.5 percent of the Fundís net asset value at the close of the New York Stock Exchange on the Friday prior to each quarterly declaration date.
